  • AI-generated content and user-facing AI interactions are clearly disclosed.
  • Prices are not set by AI without prior, voluntary user consent.
  • AI is not used for automated decisions that materially affect people, including recruitment and HR decisions.
  • Each AI model is documented transparently, covering purpose, functionality, governance, and data sources.
  • For AI that scores, sorts, or filters results, OLX favours full result visibility where appropriate and assesses user impact when showing only top matches.
  • Logs are maintained to support reliability and transparency.
