1. Our CV Parsing tool quickly structures resumes, improving matching accuracy and surfacing key information at a glance. 

Since three out of four job seekers upload their CVs when applying anyway, why not make the most of it with the help of AI? This is why we ensure this data actively supports job seekers’ searches. 

Using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and a Large Language Model (LLM), our CV Parsing technology reads and organizes resume text. This improves the quality of matches and helps employers quickly find key information in CVs.

And there’s one more thing we really love about this feature: Our AI focuses on skills rather than presentation. It prioritizes substance over form and style, meaning great candidates get recognized no matter how their resume looks.

2. Our AI Navigator makes the search experience truly personal. It learns user preferences, remembers past searches and suggests roles proactively. 

Using the most up-to-date jobs taxonomy it removes keyword guesswork by intelligently expanding search results, so that no relevant opportunity is overlooked.

The taxonomy approach works like an „organizing system“. It groups similar roles into categories – for example, doctors and nurses under Healthcare, or teachers under Education. Just like a library sorts books by genre, this structure makes it easier for companies and job seekers to find, analyze, and manage jobs efficiently.

3. Our AI Sourcing feature takes both job hunting and the recruitment process to the next level.

It allows employers to get access to hidden talent by presenting potential candidates from the available application pool upon posting the job ad, without having to wait. Employers can then invite candidates to take part in the hiring process by giving consent to share their full CV and contact details. 

Job seekers, on the other hand, get notified about potential employers and can pick where to apply based on their interest and preferences.
