OLX Group acquires Inmokey: a solid commitment towards user-oriented technology

OLX Group has just announced the purchase of Inmokey, a software system for the real estate market created in 2011 in Mar del Plata, Argentina, whose services are used by more than 1,500 real estate agents. Since last year, when it acquired Properati, OLX Group has intended to offer a better service to its more than 2,500 real estate users throughout the region. The expansion of Properati in different Latin American countries was very well received in the market. During the first months, the platform experienced high growth in users, customers and turnover.

“The main purpose of Properati is to empower users to have the best experience when they look for their next home by way of technological tools and relevant data. In order to achieve this, it also means helping sellers to be more efficient and provide the best possible service to potential buyers”, states Gabriel Gruber, Co-founder of Properati and current Regional Director of Real Estate at OLX Group for Latin America. He also claims that “the purchase of Inmokey is one more step towards the same goal: to improve the management of real estate professionals so that they can offer better experiences and answers to users, since the better the management that professionals make of the properties they offer in OLX and Properati, the better the information that users will be able to access, and the faster and better quality will the attention they receive be.”

By acquiring Inmokey for its operations in Argentina, Ecuador and Peru, OLX Group consolidates its value proposition in the real estate market focused on the importance and primacy of the user. This way, the Group adds a product validated by thousands of customers who renew their confidence in integral solutions every month.
